Inhaling secondhand vapor from electronic cigarettes - it's TOXIC!

First off, here are the facts about secondhand smoke concerning commercial cigarettes, and then we'll take a closer look at secondhand smoke from electronic cigarettes, or "e-cigs" as many users call them. The main concern with electronic cigarettes lies in the fact that the people who use nicotine are exhaling the same amount of nicotine, and maybe even trumped-up MORE, thanks to artificial additives and other chemicals. That means that if a commercial cigarette, which is already jacked up with ammonia to make the nicotine vapor-ready, is exhaled, then the person who breathes that in could be getting two hundred milligrams of nicotine per cigarette. When speaking of electronic cigarettes, those nicotine doses can vary greatly, but still from about ten to twenty milligrams on average, and on down to zero for the people who just "vape" for the fun of it and don't want or need the nicotine, like much of the younger generation.

Secondhand smoke from E-cigs is NOT SO PASSIVE after all

Secondhand cigarette smoke has been mislabeled "passive" but it's far from harmless. Up to 90% of non-smokers in America, including children and babies, are regularly exposed to it. If a person spends more than two hours in a room where someone is smoking, the nonsmoker inhales the equivalent of four cigarettes, including the nicotine.

"Behind smoking and alcohol, secondhand smoke is the third leading preventable cause of disability and early death in the United States. For every eight smokers who die from smoking, one innocent bystander dies from secondhand smoke."

Secondhand smoke from commercial cigarettes contains 4,000 chemicals  - - with more than 40 cancer-causing "agents" (think pesticides here) and 200 known poisons. Secondhand smoke can actually contain MORE nicotine per unit as that which was inhaled directly from the cigarette, due to chemical "catapults" that add to the toxicity. It can contain fifty times the ammonia. Secondhand smoke increases the heart rate and shortens time to exhaustion because that's what nicotine does to humans. It can add to higher rates of miscarriage and children can be born with decreased lung function.

The following statistic is posted on the CDC's own website:

"Since 1964, approximately 2,500,000 nonsmokers have died from health problems caused by exposure to secondhand smoke."

Secondhand e-cig vapor still contains nicotine!  - - the latest study

"People sharing a room with an e-cigarette user are exposed to "vaporized" contaminants, including nicotine, particulates and hydrocarbons. Variation in product contents, designs and emissions suggests that some produce little toxicant exposure, whereas others may pose greater risks. E-cigarette use produces a visible vapor that is usually able to be smelled, depending on the flavors and other contents of the fluid. The vapor is discharged into the air only when the user exhales (i.e. there is no sidestream vapor), in contrast to tobacco cigarettes that discharge smoke continuously while kept alight, and when the user exhales. The study  measured levels of potential e-cigarette pollutants in a ventilated room while volunteers consumed e-cigarettes with and without nicotine for two hours and found a change in air quality. The concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in the indoor air increased by 20%, while particulate numbers also increased. The authors concluded that exposure to e-cigarette pollutants might be a health concern, as fine and ultrafine particles might be deposited in the lung. Research assessed indoor air concentrations of common tobacco smoke by-products (VOCs, carbonyls, PAHs, nicotine, TSNAs, and glycols) emitted by generic e-cigarettes using four different high nicotine e-cigarette liquids (‘e-liquids’), and compared the results with those from analysis of tobacco cigarette smoke tests; they then undertook risk analyses based on dilution into a 40 m3 room and standard toxicological data."

What about the kids? What about the babies? And pregnant women?

So what about the guy VAPING IN THE AIRPORT TERMINAL? What about the woman at the doctor's office in the waiting room, or the teenagers in the restaurants? Are you and/or your children inhaling the secondhand vapors loaded with nicotine? If you're trapped in the same room or within a few feet of the person exhaling their vapors, you probably are taking in one of the most addictive drugs in the world - nicotine. Watch out for secondhand "vaping" - because if you stand to close or are locked in the room with it, you're affecting your optimum health in a negative way. By the way, no offense to the people who are using electronic cigarettes to quit smoking commercial cigarettes - you are on the right path, just keep it away from everyone else and you're on your way to health freedom. Phase out the nicotine, then diminish the e-cig altogether and look into Superfoods. Become organic once again. As reported on Natural News several years ago, you can "gofrom e-cigs to no-cigs" in no time at all!

The WORST ADDICTIONS and how Mother Nature may have solutions the medical establishment can put to good use for overcoming them

Drug addiction is no laughing matter, and when most people hear those words, they think about cocaine, crack, heroin, or crystal meth, but those hard drugs are not the only drugs that are so hard to quit. Many drugs of abuse, such as cocaine, opioids, and nicotine, cause the reward pathways in the brain to become flooded by dopamine, with a surge as much as ten times that of natural rewards. Over time, if the person tries to abruptly remove that stimulus, the body is unable to replicate that amount of dopamine naturally, triggering neurobiological changes associated with addiction and withdrawal. All humans experience bursts of dopamine from natural, stimulating activities, but drugs can cause over stimulation where the withdrawal leads to anxiety, difficulty sleeping, mania, stress, and a lesser ability to focus and learn. Addiction is now considered a brain disease, whether it's from prescription pain pills, gambling, pornography, alcohol, nicotine, or even sugar. Overcoming a

The Nicotine Escape Project

The term "project" is defined as an individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim. A unique project is one that adds a new product, service, or process distinct from any project ever accomplished before. If someone were to escape, say, from prison, they would need not only a new, elaborate plan, but they would have to execute it perfectly, otherwise, it's back to the cell to start from scratch. Many people have an amazing story to tell about their lives, but never even begin writing it down, otherwise, they may have a brilliant book to publish or movie to be made.   The project escapes them because it is never begun in the first place.   Negative Correlation Theory   Did you know that most people are more afraid of success than they are failure? That's because the taste of success scares them into believing they will not be able to achieve the same results day in and day out, so they think it's better just
